With over two decades of experience across corporate finance, private equity, and executive management, Richard is uniquely positioned as both a sophisticated financial dealmaker and a hands-on operator. He has built his career on the principle that superior returns are achieved through the disciplined acquisition of high-quality assets followed by aggressive, value-focused operational management.

- Mergers & Acquisitions: Specializes in the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, serving as the lead principal in strategic acquisitions of founder-owned, mid-market businesses.
- Operational Restructuring: Recognized for his ability to quickly diagnose and implement financial and operational efficiencies, transforming stable companies into highly scalable and profitable enterprises.
- Financial Advisory: Provides expert guidance on capital structuring, valuation, and complex financial modeling to ensure optimal deal execution and maximum value creation post-acquisition.

Richard holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), signifying a deep foundation in corporate finance, governance, and auditing. Prior to founding AcquireEdge Partners LLC, he held senior leadership and principal investor roles at various institutions, successfully executing liquidity events and value creation strategies across multiple sectors.

- Capital Raising: Secured a $350M West African O&G mandate and a $35M debt raise for a quoted PLC. Overall involved in executing mandates of over $1bn
- Restructuring: Realigned $160M in debt and equity for a leading IT infrastructure firm.
- Strategic Advisory: Closed high-profile exits for mortgage banks and HMOs; prepared an Indian industrial group for European/Asian listings.
- Global Investment: Driving “buy-and-build” strategies in the UK/US and a $1B investment mandate for a US Family Office on its emerging market strategy

Charlie Oppenheimer Jnr
Mr. Oppenheimer has over thirty years of executive business management experience from middle market companies to Fortune 500 corporations in diverse fields including financial services, retail, service, distribution, niche manufacturing, publishing and printing.
He has been involved in hundreds of business acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, valuations, turnarounds, financing, and special assignments. He held the position of Executive Vice President of Great Northern Trust, a $2 billion private investment firm where he increased profits and value significantly.
Currently, Mr. Oppenheimer is President and Chief Executive Officer of Amvest Financial Group, a boutique investment-banking firm located in Kansas City, Missouri, specializing in advising, selling and other corporate financial services for privately held companies and conducting targeted acquisition searches for private equity groups, public and private companies.
Mr. Oppenheimer is also the Vice-Chairman of Skyview Capital and serves on corporate and advisory boards of private companies. Mr. Oppenheimer has been awarded with the distinctive Executive of the Year from the New York Financial Executives Association and further acknowledged with the prestigious “Who’s Who in the Midwest.”
